About us:
The foundation has been operating in Nyíregyháza since 1992. Its mission is to combat discrimination in the workplace and workplace psychological harassment (mobbing), support the development of well-structured, non-violent workplaces and effective leadership strategies, and empower disadvantaged and socially excluded groups across all areas of life.

Project Description:
The project aims to strengthen local community action against labour market discrimination and workplace mobbing, with a particular focus on disadvantaged young people, people with disabilities, and Roma employees. It also seeks to promote an inclusive, non-violent workplace culture and encourage rights-aware and self-advocating employee behaviour. The direct target group consists of employees who have experienced, or are at risk of experiencing, workplace discrimination or mobbing.
