Kilián Észak Közösség Egyesület

About us:

Since 2018, a group of activists has been working to fill the gap that has existed since the housing complex was built by operating a community space. The residents of the housing complex have traditionally had a strong sense of identity; they love where they live, despite all its flaws and shortcomings. In fact, they are willing to take action to make their community more livable, more beautiful, and more “vibrant.”

They are creating a space that meets the needs of the community. Members and local residents participate in this through volunteer work. They are stabilizing the operations of their organization. They are open for at least an average of 6 hours a day. In addition, the renovation of our other facilities is continuing, which will allow them to expand their services. The ongoing use of the space and the utilization of “services” can collectively help ensure that, after the funding period ends, the foundations for sustainable operations can be established through donations from “users.”
