About us:
The Szent Ferenc Szegényei Foundation aims to provide genuine opportunities and long-term prospects for families and children living on the margins of society. Since 2020, the Foundation has carried out continuous, presence-based social work and community development activities in small settlements of Nógrád County, primarily in Ságújfalu and Szalmatercs.

Project Description:
The 2026 Szalmatercs Summer Day Camp in Nógrád County will take place from 20–24 July 2026, with the participation of 60 disadvantaged children. The camp will provide daily supervision, meaningful and health-conscious activities, an excursion to Ipolytarnóc, and regular meals for all participants.
To support the implementation of the camp, they aim to raise HUF 609,000 in donations.
