The organization aims to expand its membership and volunteer base while strengthening group cohesion and long-term engagement. It is developing its organizational structure so that volunteers can take on more independent responsibilities, allowing the core team to focus on strategic priorities. It also seeks to increase the turnover of the Somogyi Kosár marketplace by attracting more local producers and customers, thereby contributing to a stronger local economy. In addition, the association will continue its Zselic conservation campaign, build partnerships with other civil society organizations, and actively mobilize the local community.
