Locally acting Project Description:
The goal of the “Meseút in Action” project is the innovative development of the Meseút story-therapy educational trail for installation in sensitive locations serving communities facing difficult circumstances (children’s hospitals, refugee shelters, hospices, Roma communities, and state-run care facilities). By establishing Meseút educational stations, the project harnesses the unique potential of stories: when appropriately adapted, fairy tales teach in a non-didactic way, regardless of age or intellectual level, and are well-suited for conveying information that is emotionally taxing, difficult to understand, or often rejected. The goal of the project is to develop best practices, document them in a publication, and disseminate them.
Doubleable programme Project Description:
We plan to use the donations collected during the campaign to fund methodological training in the “Learning Facilitation Program” (TKP) for eight educators who work with 5- to 8-year-old children in state care, teaching them, and continuously supporting and monitoring their development and progress. They will apply what they learn in the training during TKP sessions, as well as in classroom lessons and other developmental activities whenever possible.
